How do we pay the Coach?

Payment of Coaches is  handled by the team manager early in the season, preferably before games commence.   As a rough guide recommended fees are below.

The coach can receive between $360 - $675 depending on the level of coaching experience.

Please note if a Coach resigns from their role prior to the end of the season, the Club will request a portion of the fees be returned to the players or cover this cost if the situation is unresolved.

Training Information

Training is held for all Junior teams during the Winter Season on Thursday evenings at Matthews Netball Centre. Coaches are expected to be able to attend 90% of the training sessions. If a coach is unable to attend training a replacement or make up session must be arranged.

Age appropriate sequential training drills have been developed by our Head Coach.

FFNC coaches support each other with shared training drills and resources.

PNA runs courses to assist coaches of all ages and skills levels in their development, and can assist coaches towards gaining Netball Australia accreditation.  FFNC is happy to help interested coaches develop their accrediation.
