Inspire, Lead, and Grow the Love for Netball!
Floreat Force Netball Club is looking for passionate, skilled, and dedicated coaches to guide and mentor our teams for the upcoming season. Whether you're an experienced coach or ready to take on a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
We are seeking coaches for our teams in the Junior Year 7/8, Junior Year 9-12 and Senior competitions.
Season Timeline:
The winter netball season kicks off in early March when teams are announced (after grading), and
coaches are assigned. Training starts in mid-March, and the competition begins
in early May, coinciding with the first week of Term 2 after the school
holidays. The season runs for 14 rounds,
with finals taking place from late August to
early September.
Training Schedule:
Training sessions take place every Tuesday, with times varying depending on the team being coached. Sessions range between 4pm and 8pm and are held at Matthews Netball Centre in Wembley.
Game Day:
Games are scheduled on Saturdays, also at Matthews Netball Centre, with game times varying between 8am and 5:30pm, depending on the age group and division. Generally, younger players will compete earlier in the day, while older players take to the court later. Game times are managed by the Perth Netball Association.
To encourage our Open Senior players to coach our Junior teams, the club is offering a full subsidy of club fees, along with the standard coaching fee and other benefits provided to our coaches. To apply, please complete the Coaches EOI form via the link on this page. Any registration payments already made will be refunded once a signed Coaching Commitment form is received, following the offer of a coaching position.
